Refund Policy

Perfekttouch LUXE maintains a no refund policy under all standard circumstances. All payments and deposits are final and non-transferable.

However, in the rare event that Perfekttouch LUXE must cancel a reservation due to unforeseen circumstances on our end, guests will be offered the choice to:

Reschedule their experience at no charge

Receive a credit for a future reservation of equal value, or

Receive a full refund

At management’s discretion, a one-time credit or accommodation may also be extended in the event of a verified medical or family emergency.

We hold our clients‘ time and occasions in the highest regard, and we believe this standard reflects the integrity of the Perfekttouch LUXE experience.

Cancellation Policy

At Perfekttouch LUXE, we understand that plans may change and are happy to accommodate reschedules when possible. By securing a reservation, you acknowledge and agree to these terms:

Each reservation allows up to one reschedule free of charge.

The first reschedule is complimentary when notice is given at least 24 hours in advance of your reservation date.

The second reschedule is permitted with at least 72 hours notice and requires a $35 inconvenience fee to secure the new date.

If proper notice is not provided, the reservation will be automatically cancelled and all payments, including deposits, will be forfeited with no reschedule option.

No-call / no-shows are strictly prohibited. In such cases, all payments, including deposits, will be forfeited with no reschedule option.

Service Policy

At Perfekttouch LUXE, every experience is guided by intention, care, and presence. From the moment you arrive, our massage therapists, chefs, and service team dedicate themselves fully to creating an atmosphere of relaxation, connection, and effortless luxury.

To honor the level of craftsmanship, attentiveness, and preparation that goes into each experience, a 15% Service Charge is automatically applied to all services. This charge ensures that the professionals who care for you — through touch, cuisine, and thoughtful service — are supported, valued, and compensated in a manner that reflects the excellence they provide.

Our team pours genuine love, focus, and artistry into every detail of your time with us. The Service Charge allows us to care for those who care for you, while maintaining the elevated standard and intimate experience our guests have come to expect.
