Perfekttouch LUXE warmly welcomes all couples. Our experiences are thoughtfully designed to be inclusive, respectful, and affirming, ensuring every couple feels comfortable, celebrated, and cared for.
This experience is designed to last approximately 2-3 hours. Each reservation is thoughtfully timed to allow couples to fully unwind and enjoy both the massage and dining portions without feeling rushed. Specific durations may vary based on the package selected.
Guests may choose between a curated brunch or dinner experience, depending on availability and their selected reservation time. Brunch hours are 10:00am to 3:00pm. Dinner hours are 5:00pm to 9:30pm.
Once your booking has been submitted and your deposit is secured, you will receive a follow-up email prompting you to select your meal preferences. This allows us to personalize your experience in advance.
Each guest is invited to curate their own individual dining experience. Our dinner service includes a thoughtfully prepared three-course meal, while brunch offerings feature a two-course experience, allowing each guest to select courses based on their personal preferences.
Vegan options are available for brunch and dinner. When requested, our culinary team prepares a personalized vegan menu, curated to ensure the same level of refinement and care as our standard offerings.
Beverage service is thoughtfully curated and included as part of the Perfekttouch LUXE experience. Our team handles this element with the same level of intention and care as every other detail of your visit.
Plush robes and slippers are provided for guest use during the experience to enhance comfort and relaxation. These items are intended for use during your visit only.
Guests may place an order for a robe and/or slippers either prior to or at the time of their reservation. Custom and embroidered orders require 7–10 days for fulfillment and shipping. Orders placed at least 7–10 days in advance may be prepared and ready on the date of the scheduled reservation. All custom orders are fulfilled separately from the experience.
At Perfekttouch LUXE, your comfort, privacy, and peace of mind are always our priority. Our licensed therapists are highly trained professionals who conduct every session with the utmost care and respect.
You will be fully draped throughout the entire course of your massage, and you will not be exposed at any time. Our therapists are attentive and communicative, ensuring you remain comfortable, relaxed, and supported throughout your entire session.
If you have any questions or concerns, you are always encouraged to share them so your experience feels safe, personalized, and enjoyable.
Guests may indicate their preference for male or female therapists at the time of booking. While we do our best to honor all requests, therapist availability may vary.
Due to demand, extensions are subject to availability at the time of your visit. Guests may request an extension during their experience, and our team will gladly advise on what is available.
No preparation is required. Guests are simply invited to arrive on time and allow themselves to fully relax—every detail of the experience is thoughtfully handled for you.
We kindly ask that guests arrive 15–20 minutes prior to their scheduled reservation time. This allows for a smooth, unhurried transition into your experience.
Any outstanding balances must be paid no later than seven (7) days prior to your scheduled reservation date. You may return to the portal at any time to submit your remaining balance.
Failure to submit your remaining balance within the required timeframe may result in a late payment fee applied to your outstanding balance.
Perfekttouch LUXE reserves the right to cancel your reservation at anytime if payment obligations are not met. All payments are non-refundable.
Your remaining balance is submitted through a secure client portal, which you will receive access to via email following your deposit confirmation. This private portal is also where you will select your meal preferences and finalize experience details.
We offer a 30-minute grace period, understanding that travel delays may occasionally occur. We kindly request that guests notify us should they anticipate arriving beyond their scheduled time.
Convenient on-site parking is provided for our guests at no additional cost.
Our black car service includes round-trip transportation within a 25-mile radius. Additional mileage fees apply for distances exceeding this range.
Guests will receive follow-up communication after submitting their reservation to securely provide transportation details for seamless coordination.
Our cancellation, refund, and service policies are available within the Menu tab. Guests are encouraged to review these details prior to completing their reservation.
