Guest Policies

To ensure every guest receives the full experience they reserved, appointments begin promptly at the scheduled time. Guests arriving more than 15 minutes late will be required to reschedule their appointment. We encourage arriving a few minutes early to allow for a relaxed and seamless start to your experience.

All appointments are non-refundable. A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for any cancellation or rescheduling request. Reservations canceled without the required notice will result in the forfeiture of the reservation.

Please notify us of any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, pregnancy, or health concerns prior to your appointment so we may tailor your experience appropriately.

To preserve a peaceful and uninterrupted experience for all guests, only individuals receiving services are permitted inside the facility. Guests, children, and visitors who are not scheduled for services are not permitted unless prior arrangements have been approved by our team.

Guests are expected to arrive free from intoxication and strong odors. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who appears impaired or whose condition may negatively impact the experience of others.

To help us provide the most relaxing and enjoyable experience for every guest, we ask that you arrive in a clean and refreshed condition. If personal hygiene or strong odors may affect the comfort or quality of the experience, your appointment may be respectfully declined.

Disruptive, inappropriate, aggressive, intoxicated, or sexually suggestive behavior will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to refuse service to any guest whose behavior compromises the safety, comfort, or well-being of our guests, therapists, or staff.
