Rescheduling/Cancellation Policy

We allow one complimentary reschedule per booking, provided we receive notice at least 72 hours in advance.

If notice is not given within that 72-hour window, your deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required before selecting a new date.


A second reschedule is permitted with a $75 rescheduling fee, regardless of notice given. This fee must be paid before securing your updated reservation.


We do not allow more than two reschedules per booking. After the second reschedule, your payment will be forfeited and the reservation canceled.


No call, no shows are subject to zero tolerance and result in automatic forfeiture of all payments made. If you have questions or concerns, please reach out to us directly, and someone from our team will be happy to assist you.
