In order to secure your appointment, a deposit is required at the time of booking. Please note that without this deposit, your appointment will remain unconfirmed and the time slot will not be held. This ensures that your reservation is guaranteed and allows us to prepare for your personalized experience.
Please note that all deposits and payments are non-refundable, with no exceptions. Should you need to reschedule or cancel, kindly do so at least 72 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.
Failure to adhere to this policy will result in forfeiture of payment. We offer one free reschedule as a courtesy. Any reschedule after this will incur a fee of $50 that must be paid in order to proceed with rescheduling your reservation.
