Booking Policies

To ensure a seamless experience for all guests, appointments begin and end as scheduled. Guests arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their service shortened. Arrivals exceeding 20 minutes may require rescheduling.

We kindly request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or appointment changes. Failure to provide adequate notice or repeated no-shows may affect future booking privileges.

Disruptive, inappropriate, aggressive, intoxicated, or sexually suggestive behavior will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to refuse service to any guest whose behavior compromises the safety, comfort, or well-being of our guests, therapists, or staff.

Please notify us of any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, pregnancy, or health concerns prior to your appointment so we may tailor your experience appropriately.

Only guests receiving services are permitted in treatment areas. To maintain a relaxing environment for all guests, we kindly ask that children and additional visitors not accompany you to your appointment unless prior arrangements have been made.
